STRUCTURE
The applicator has been designed as a separate trailer, hitched behind the slurry tanker and moving on its own wheels. It is hydraulically controlled from the tractor cabin by a block of solenoid valves. A drawbar and a folding-frame with two rows of disc blades are hinged to the wheel axle. A hydraulic distributor is mounted on the frame and supplied from the tank. It divides liquid manure into 16 discharge hoses.
OPERATION
The hydraulic cylinders on the injector which is hooked behind the slurry tanker unfold the arms sidewards, while the cylinder on the drawbar tilts the injector backwards. An additional cylinder sets the height of the wheel axle location to ensure the required application depth. The distibutor supplies liquid manure through discharge hoses into the grooves made by the front row of the disc blades. The rear row of disc blades backfill the grooves. After completion of the work, the applicator folds back to its transport position. The application of the liquid manure into soil to the depth of max 100 - 150 mm is to reduce the losses of nitrogen compounds from the manure, its washing out of soil and the environmentally noxious so-called "odour effect".
NOTE: Spilling with the spreading spoon is possible after the injector detachment from the tanker.
APPLICATION
Soil-applied fertilization with homogenised liquid manure of:
