Monobloc Single-stage Centrifugal Pumps According to EN733, ISO 2858-5193

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

• Nominal internal diameter (DN) – from 32 up to 150.
• Capacity – max 600 m3/h.
• Head – max 160 m.
• Pressure – max 16 bar.
• Temperature – max 140 °C.

Type: the pumps with a single stage and a spiral casing; there are also versions with the paramount sizes and the indices of power that correspond to the standards EN 733, ISO 2858, and ISO 5193.

Pumped medium: clear, a bit polluted, and aggressive fluids with the max 150 mm2/sec viscosity, not containing abrasive and solid inclusions.

Peculiar features: the pumps of this series are convenient in maintenance owing to their modular design. Rotor block can be disassembled without the need to dismantle the casing. They are characterized by low consumption of energy.

Material: gray cast iron, bronze, high-grade st. steel.

Sealing of the shaft: stuffing-box sealing, contact sealing ring.

The form of impeller: closed; radial; it is feasible to supply the pumps with free-vortex and double-channel impellers.
