Semi-Submersible Vertical Pumps in Tubular Design

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

• Flow – up to 70,000 m3/h.
• Head – up to 80 m.
• Power - up to 10,000 kW.

Type of construction: removable and non-removable.

Peculiar Features:
Additional modification with the impeller vanes that can be hydraulically adjusted: a special hydraulic mechanism makes it possible to smoothly change the angle of impeller vanes turn during the pump operation. Hence, it is feasible to promptly react to the change of the pumped volume, as well as of the delivery head.

Material: gray cast iron, unalloyed or low-alloyed steel, duplex, super-duplex.

Shaft sealing: packing seal, contact sealing ring.

The form of impeller: radial, axial, and semi-axial with the possible additional function of the vanes’ angle of turn change, as well as with the rotor blades that can be hydraulically adjusted.
