DREDGER SET
1. Floating base (trimaran) – hull:
- side pontoons – 2 pieces;
- central pontoon – 1 piece;
- traverse with cross beam with block system for vertical pump movement;
- breastrail, safety railings, lightning protection mast.
The pontoons are made of profiled and sheet steel min 7 mm. The structure is reinforced with stiffening ribs. Mobility and at the same time rigidity and reliability of the construction are achieved due to the complex architecture of the dredger inner parts, which allows for easy assembly, disassembly and transportation of the dredger by standard road transport to new mining sites. Our dredgers are built using shipbuilding steel, which is strictly regulated by shipbuilding standards.
The hull is painted using a special airless coating method with shipbuilding enamels, paint system: “Wilckens Eposist 2000”, thick anti-corrosion coating based on special epoxy resin. The coating is applied to the structure in two or three layers, depending on the operating conditions. Excellent resistance to moisture, weather and mechanical stress. Application area: shipbuilding, ship repair, industrial facilities, for application on pipelines, steel structures including oil refineries. Standard certificate Germanischer Lloyd (GL-KORR 1039 HH 1).
These construction and new technologies make it possible to extend the service life of the equipment to 20 years or more.
 
2.  Submersible dredging pump unit:

- The cantilever centrifugal pump МEC-A3/65A “Caprari” (Italy) is complete with check valve and filter system, pressure line consisting of piping and pressure rubber fabric hose with shut-off and control valves;

Electrical part of the dredge is built according to the latest developments of the world leaders with the use of industrial controllers, frequency converters as well as power equipment of leading world manufacturers (Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi …) Operation with the logical controller allows maximum efficient usage of the equipment potential, minimize the human factor and also reduce the number of maintenance personnel.
The safety of the dredger’s operation has also been given serious consideration. The mechanical design incorporates all standards and requirements of the Shipbuilding section, such as the monitoring of roll (inclinometer) and the presence of water in the sealed bilges with the transmission of alarm information directly to the control panel. It is also equipped with electric shock protection and lightning protection system (surge protector).
 
9. Pressure piping system:
- Abrasion-resistant rubber fabric hose DN200, Italian production, pressure-suction hose for the dredge pump – according to the maximum immersion depth with a protective device for a safe bending radius of the first section of the pressure hose of the dredge pump and floats (floats of the slurry pipeline are made of polyethylene by rotational molding). Operating temperature from -40°C to +60°C, resistant to UV radiation. The slurry float model will be filled with special foam, which provides additional strength and unsinkability and prevents the float from deforming under the influence of ice. The floats can be strapped with cable ties, clamps, straps, or polypropylene tape (included). They do not require additional service (painting, drying, etc.).
- Transition abrasion resistant rubber fabric hose DN200 from ship’s stern to main pressure pipeline – 4m.
