In-House Produced Pump NPF 1/10

The pump NPF 1/10 is designed for:

• mixing and chopping of large manure deposits in collectors;
• pumping of manure through the pipeline to manure lagoons adjacent to farm;
• oading of manure into vehicles for transportation;
• pumping of utility fecal and industrial sewage wastes with the content of abrasive particles up to 1%, except for petrochemical products.

The pumps of our manufacture present an advanced model of the pump NTsI-F-100 (НЦИ-Ф-100) previously produced in the post-Soviet countries. This is a centrifugal semi-submersible pump with a semi-open impeller. Pump drive - by means of electric motor. A chopper is double-stage, blade-type, that can cut large fractions of manure and mix sewages in manure collector.

The pump can handle:

• manure (feces) into farm manure lagoons or vehicles for transportation;
• utility and industrial sewage waters, inter alia at the edifices of sewages’ biological treatment;
• mixtures of non-aggressive liquids with hydrogen ion exponent pH = 6...10, including feces, sand, slag, etc.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, we can offer various configurations of the NPF 1/10 pump. The pump can also be equipped with a shut-off valve.

All the pumps are equipped with a screw for additional mechanical mixing before sewage get into the pump.

Currently, our company manufactures pumps of different lengths, from 1 to 5 meters. The pump can be supplied complete with a control cabinet and a winch, according to the customer’s requirements.
