Single-stage pumps of NKL and NKLs series with single mechanical seal, stuffing box packing and additional packing cartridge

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

• Capacity – up to 400 m3/h
• Head – up to 90 m
• Medium – coolants, condensate, hot water, alkalis, solvents, hydrocarbons and other non-volatile liquids
• Operating temperature – up to 340 ºC.

The DICKOW pumps of series NKL according to DIN EN 733 are single stage, single flow volute casing pumps of horizontal back-pull- out design with end suction and top discharge flanges.

The NKL pumps will be applied as circulating pumps for use in utilities, agriculture and other industries. 

The DICKOW-Standard pumps, series NKLs according to EN 733, are designed as centrifugal pumps of light duty for handling heat transfer media.

The maximum allowable operating temperature PT is 340°C without additional cooling.

The NKLs-pumps with the single acting N10q- seals can be applied when handling HTM with boiling pressure at operating temperature below the atmospheric pressure (<1 bar abs). The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar.
