Concentric butterfly valve with vulcanized rubber lining

An advantage of stop valves of this series is that the rubber lining is completely vulcanized to the case, which ensures 100% isolation of the edge of the disk, sealing the shaft and pipe flange. These valves can be used in vacuum. The one-piece rubber seal does not shift when closing or opening during automatic operation, protects the valve body from corrosion, which can cause fluid in the pipeline network.

The metal parts of the case do not come into contact with the liquid and, thus, the need to use expensive materials with high corrosion resistance, such as stainless steel and nickel alloys, disappears.

Wouter Witzel butterfly valves with rubber lining are designed to provide 100% double-sided tightness in accordance with the following standards:
